Ostim Ekopark Technology Development Zone (Ostim Technopark) was established under the Law No. 4691 to operate within its scope, and its establishment was realized with the publication of the Council of Ministers' decision dated February 5, 2014 and numbered 2014/5939 in the Official Gazette No. 28962 on 04.04.2014, in accordance with the letter dated 17.01.2014 and numbered 249 of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

In accordance with Article 5 titled "Managerial Company" of Law No. 4691, the establishment procedures of Ostim Technopark Technology Development Zone Managerial Inc. were approved and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette No. 8706 dated 02.12.2014.

The TDZ-1 area of Ostim Technopark, which is located in Ostim Organized Industrial Zone, was allocated by Ostim Organized Industrial Zone Directorate and covers an area of 67,338.69 m².

Ostim Technopark Additional Area, located next to Ostim Metro Station, was declared as an Additional Area by the Evaluation Board of the Ministry of Industry and Technology in 2018. After the region announcement was completed, it started to serve approximately 800 researchers and designers with 54 independent sections of different sizes and features.

TURUNCU BUILDING

The Technology Production Workshop, which is located on the ground floor of the Turuncu Building and has a shared space of 1600 m², will be opened to service with a membership system. There are 64 R&D, software and design offices ranging from 40-125 m² in the Turuncu Building. In addition, a meeting room that will be available.

  • Active lightning arrester against lightning danger,
  • An intelligent analog addressable fire alarm system in compliance with fire regulations,
  • 4-pipe fan coil for heating and cooling,
  • Quality, silent and insulated materials have been used for all mechanical installations considering office conditions,
  • Fire cabinet system in compliance with fire regulations in the building,
  • The building is prepared for possible water cuts with a 31 m³ modular system tank for network water use,
  • Selection of 2-pump hydrophore for delivering usage water to offices under desired conditions,
  • Central ventilation and exhaust system for spaces and workshops without outward-opening windows for office comfort.

 

TURKUAZ BUILDING

Turkuaz Building is ready to serve with its R&D, software and design workshops, rentable R&D, software and design offices, meeting room and conference hall consisting of ground, mezzanine and basement floors.

  • Located at the intersection of Alinteri & 100. Yıl Boulevards, one of the important arteries in Ankara, Ostim Technopark is located next to the Ostim metro and 25 km from the airport.

  • Betopan Plus high-temperature insulated facade cladding is available.
