OSTIM Organized Industrial Zone, one of the largest industrial zones in Ankara, has 50 years of knowledge and experience. It is a common place for companies and entrepreneurs to take their first steps into the industry, their incubation periods, growth, and commercialization efforts. Therefore, companies and entrepreneurs prefer to start their activities in OSTIM at an early stage or during commercialization stages as it is one of the most up-to-date places in Turkiye in terms of knowledge and experience. In recent years, OSTIM has made serious strides in strengthening its infrastructure and superstructure works and has started to achieve successful results. The OSTIM ecosystem has decided to start a venture by closely observing the problems that companies and entrepreneurs face in accessing the investors they need and in receiving investments.
In this context, Albaraka has established the Ostim Venture Capital Investment Fund to manage the portfolio consisting of venture capital investments and capital market instruments, which will be collected through cash and participation shares from qualified investors managed by Albaraka Portfolio Management in accordance with the provisions of these internal regulations based on articles 52 and 54 of Law No. 6362 and credited to the account of the shareholder of the participation shares on the basis of fiduciary ownership.
Ostim Technopark General Manager Dr.Derya Çağlar is one of the members of the OSTİM VCIF Investment Committee.
